Gift Aid means that there is an increase in the value of your donations to the CA. Provided donators are taxpayers, we can reclaim from the Inland Revenue the basic rate tax paid on gifts, boosting the donation by 28%. So a gift of £10 from a donor is worth £12.80 to the CA.

All the CA need from donors is a simple declaration saying that they want to use Gift Aid. A declaration can cover one or more donations, and you need to complete the gift aid form in writing in order to make the administration easier.
