Lourdes 2010
The 2010 Pilgrimage will take place from Friday 20 August to
Friday 27 August 2010. The draft calendar is below. You
will require a PDF viewer to view
these forms. To view the form click on the link. To save the form, right click
on the link and choose Save As.
Anyone who books through Tangney’s (our official travel
agent) should receive their Helpers' Application Form and Medical Form when
their booking is accepted.
If you are still debating how to travel, please do consider
travelling on the main pilgrimage flights as we need as much experienced help
as possible on the outbound and return journeys and not just in Lourdes itself.
Please remember that our duty of care towards the APs and the pilgrimage itself
starts from the moment the APs arrive at the airport and that the entire concept
of pilgrimage includes the journey as well. We need experienced help on the
journey and you can make a huge contribution here. We are sensitive to the fact
that the reason many people travel independently is down to cost: please do
speak to us if that is the case, as the trustees have indicated that they will
be able to help some experienced helpers out financially.
Helpers form for independent travellers
Those who will be arranging their own travel and/or accommodation
will need to obtain their own copies of the helpers' application form and the
medical form and should read the information sheet produced for independent
travellers. To view these, click on the links below.
